Abstract:
OBJECTIVE To study on antibacterial activity of 7-(pyridy1-N-oxide-2-thio)-1-(2-fluoroethy1)-6,8-difluoro-1,4-dihydro-4-oxoquinoline-3-carboxylic acid.METHODS Synthesis and determine antibacterial activity of the compound invitro.RUSULTS The compound exhibited definte antibacterial activity.CONCLUSION The compound showed better antibacterial activity.

Abstract:
OBJECTIVE To investigate the protective effects of preconditioning by yixin oral liquid (YOL) on cardiovascular system of acute myocardial ischemia rats.METHODS Acute myocardial ischemia models in control group,verapamil group and YOL were set up,meanwhile the sham group was built up.Blood would be collected for assaying endothelin (ET) and calcitonin gene-related peptide (CGRP) in plasma,circle endothelial cell (CEG),and myocardial pathomorphological examination would be preceded after the myocardial ischemia models being set up for two hours.RESULTS Both YOL and verapamil could decrease not only the levels of plasma ET (P<0.05) and the amounts of CEC (P<0 01,P<0.05 respectively),but also ameliorate myocardial pathomorphological changes in acute myocardial ischemia rate.The contents of phasma CGRP in verapamil group were lower than those in model group (P<0.05).Difference of the up-mentioned three indexes between YOL group and verapamil group appeared to be insignificant.CONCLUSION Preconditioning by YOL might play an imporatant role in the modulation of plasma ET and CGRP as well as in the amelioration of myocardium and vascular endothelial cells in acute myocardial inchemia rats.

Abstract:
OBJECTIVE To observe the effect of Sometostatin——stilamin in treating acute fatal pancreatitis.METHODS 28 patients with acute fatal pancreatitis treated by non-operatire treatment were divided to receive conventional treatment (control group) or to receive additional stilamin,lasted for 5~7 days after i.v 250μg in 3~5 min (treatment group).RESULTS The gasonintestinal decompression was decreased obviously in 24h (treatment group)and in 5 days(control group).The blood amylase recovered normal after 8 days(treatment group)and 12 days(control group).And the clinical cure was(26±5)d and(32±10)d respectively.CONCLUSION Stilamin is effective in treating acute fatal pancreatitis.

OBJECTIVE To study the condition and method using UV-spectrophotomery for determining the concentration and dissolution of Norfloxacin capsule.METHODS The concentration of Norfloxacin capsule was detected by UV-spectrophotometry and the dissolution was detected by rotation basket method.RESULTS The iggest absorbtion was at 273nm wavelength(5μg/ml,0.4% NaOH solution).The average absorption coefficient(E1cm1%)is 1095,And the linear relationship was good(r=0 9998)In 20minutes,the dissolution rates were 80%.CONCLUSION The concentration of Norfloxacin can be detected by UV-spectrophotometry,it′s convient and rapid.It can also be wsed to detect the dvssolution of Norfloxacin capsule.

Abstract:
OBJECTIVE To study identification and determination of l-tetrahydropalmatine of suxiao zaoren anshen capsules.METHODS TLC was used to identify the 1-Tetrahyeropalmatine of Suxiao Zaoren Anshen Capsules,and the 1-Tetrahydropalmatine was determined by Dual-wavlength TLC scanning.RESULTS There was a good linearity ranging from 0.93 to 4.65μg gofl-Tetrahydropalmatine(r=0 9996,n=3) .The average recovery was 100.14% and RSD was 3.33%.CONCLUSION This method is rapid,accurate and sensitive.

OBJECTIVE To establish an accurate method for the determination of ceftriaxone sodiurm for injection.METHODS To determinate the content of ceftriaxone sodium for injection by polarimeter.RESULTS The recovery was 99.94%.The relative standard deviation was 0.47%.The linear range was 5~25mg/ml.CONCLUSION The method was convenient,rapid,accurate and suitable as assay of the preparation.
