SHANG Bei-cheng, XU Gui-li, TANG Bing, FANG Li-sha, LIU Jiang, DUAN Hui-qiong, ZHAO Xing-min
2002, (2): 84-86.
Abstract:
OBJECTIVE To study the enhancing effect of dipentene in the transdermal absorption of ketoconazol. METHODS The diffusion of ketoconazole acrossed excised mouse skin was determined in vitro using the side-by-side diffusion cells,to compare the enhancement effect of dipentene with azone at difference concentrations in the transdermal absorption of ketoconazole.RESULTS The sequence of enhancements at difference concentrations of dipentene are as follows:3%dipentene> 2%dipentene> 3%azone> 1%dipentene.CONCLUSION It was showed that various concentrations of transdermal enhancers could promote absorption of ketoconazole in different degrees and 3% dipentene was the most effective.

2002, (2): 86-88.
Abstract:
OBJECTIVE In order to obtain the optimum prescription and preparing techniques of ciprofloxacin hydrocloride tablets'. METHODS The effects of the amount of CMS-Na, and the tablets'pressure on the quality of ciprofloxacin hydrocloride tablets were studied with orthogonal test.RESULTS The result showed that the ciprofloxacin hydrocloride tablets prepared could meet all the requirements.CONCLUSION It was that much better in term of dissolvability.

Abstract(2429) PDF (807KB)(648)
Abstract:
OBJECTIVE To obtain the optimum prescription of ribavirini tablets METHODS The effect of dextrin CMS-Na microcrystalline cellulose and L-HPC on the quality of ribavirini tablets were studied RESULTS The optimum mistening agents is 75% alcohol, and the optimum amount of L-HPC and micro-crystaline cellulose are 10% and 15% respectively Ribavirini tablets prepared with this optimum prescription was much better in terms of hardness and surfaces CONCLUSION The method is reasonable, and the ribavirini tablets were suitable for clinical use.

Abstract:
OBJECTIVE To establish capillary gas chromatography(CGC) method for quantitative analysis of the effective components (psoralen and iospsoralen) in Gubenkechuan tablets which extracted by ultrasound method.METHODS The psoralen and iaopsoralen were extracted by ultrasound method, the CGC method is used to separate and determine them using HP-5 capilary column, detected with FID and with two-point method using anthracene as internal standard.RESULTS The psoralen and iospsoralen were separated fuly by the CGC method CONCLUSION The CGC method is a simple and reliable method in the quality control of Gubenkechuan tablets.
Improvement of determination of norfloxacin capsules by HPLC
Li Ming
2002, (2): 97-99.
Abstract:
OBJECTIVE Norfloxacin capsules was determined by a improved HPLC method. METHODS The separation was performed on a spherisorb C18 column. The mobile phase was composed of phosphoric acid-triethylamin buf fer-water-acet onitrile(60:30:10).The eluate with a flow rate of 1.0ml·min-1 was detected at the wavelength of 278nm.RESULTS The calibration curves were good linear within the range of 4.8~96μg·ml-1(r=0.99998).The average recovery of norfloxacin was 98.5%,with RSD of 0.5%(n=5).CONCLUSION The improved method is rapid, good repeatabitity, accurate, reliable and suitable for determination of norfloxacin capsules.

Abstract(1874) PDF (1096KB)(1534)
Abstract:
OBJECTIVE To establish a method of the content of sustained release ketamine hydrochloride tablets METHODS HPLC method was used with C18 column as stationary phase and acetonitrile-water(70:30)as mobile phase The detection wavelength was 269nm RESULTS The calibration curve is linear in the range of 31~310μg·ml-1 for ketamine hydrochloride The average recorery was 97.4% with RSD of 0.66%(n=5). CONCLUSION The method is simple, reliable, accurate and can be used for the determ ination of the content of sustained3 release ketamine hydrochloride tablets.

2002, (2): 108-111.
Abstract:
OBJECTIVE To investigate the economic effects produced by ACEI and calcium blocker treating the primary hypertension. METHODS The paper carries on a retrospective analytic valuation to the drugs-benezepril,perindopril,amlodipine and nit rendipine used by 232 cases of patients with primary hypertension and hold a comparison using the method of cost-effectiveness analysis.RESULTS Perindopril is the best drug low-ering blood pressures(regardless of systolic or diastolic blood pressure).CONCLUSION Through analysis we can come to the conclusion that pharmacoeconomics plays an important part in instructing reasonable utilization of drugs, controlling the rise of drug costs, lightening the economic burden of patients and raising the social eco-nomic results.Meanwhile, the studies of pharmacoeconomics is one of essential conditions and key measures to realize the reasonable distribution of health sources, and to safeguard the healthy movement of basic medical in-surance system and the instant perfection. It also has an important instructive function to develop the new drugs with high effect, few side effects and reasonable price.
