Causes and countermeasures of inconformity of goods and accounts in hospital drug checking

Abstract: Objective To discuss the methods to improve accounts and matter consentaneous rates in drug checking works under the hospital management information system. Methods The problems discovered in drug checking works were collected , the causes of bringing about accounts and matter unconsentaneous were analyzed, and the improvement measures were put forward. Results The prime causes of accounts and matter unconsentaneous were untimely entering accounts, accounting mistakes, drug dispensing mistakes, and imperfect system design. By standardizing drug dispensing processes and account operation requires, accounts and matter consentaneous rates reached above 96%. Conclusions The way of improving drug accounts and matter consentaneous rates was not check but management.
