Inventory control strategy of combat reserve of medical supplies based on optimized EOQ model

摘要: 目的 构建优化的经济订购批量(EOQ)模型,探讨战备储备药品库存控制策略。 方法 基于对战备储备药品生产数据分析和药品需求概率分析,对经典的EOQ模型进行优化,增加约束条件、调整假设条件、构建新的模型,运用Matlab软件求解,使用蒙特卡罗模拟进行敏感度分析。 结果 构建了定量库存与不确定库存、参数已知与参数为随机变量等多种因素交叉的3个优化EOQ模型,实证研究表明,仓储管理水平和生产动员能力是影响战备储备药品库存决策的重要因素。 结论 本研究构建的储备模型能够满足战备储备药品库存控制决策的基本需要。

Abstract: Objective To set up optimized EOQ models for inventory control of combat reserve of medical supplies. Methods Based on the analysis of combat reserve of medical supplies production data and demand probability distribution, classic EOQ model was optimized through adding the constraints and adjust assumptions. Matlab software was used to obtain optimal solution; Monte Carlo simulation was used to insensitivity analysis. Results Three optimize EOQ models were built and the optimal solution for inventory control strategy were concluded through empirical research, which showed tha warehouse management level and production capacity for mobilization were the important factor to affect the inventory control decisions. Conclusion The reserve model constructed in this study could meet the basic needs of inventory control of combat reserve of medical supplies. -
