益心酮抗心肌缺血作用的实验研究

摘要: 目的 研究益心酮的抗心肌缺血作用。 方法 采用腹腔注射异丙肾上腺素造成大鼠心肌缺血模型,运用益心酮治疗;采用皮下注射大剂量肾上腺素加寒冷刺激的方法复制大鼠急性血瘀模型,以观察益心酮对血瘀大鼠血黏度的影响;观察益心酮对大鼠血小板聚集率的影响;采用实验性急性心肌梗死犬模型,观察益心酮的抗心肌缺血作用。 结果 益心酮能够降低心肌缺血大鼠心电图中ST段位移,降低AST(天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶)、CPK(肌酸磷酸激酶)、LDH(乳酸脱氢酶)等心肌酶的升高程度,降低血液黏度;益心酮能够改善大鼠血瘀模型血液流变学,降低其血黏度;益心酮能够降低大鼠血小板聚集率;4益心酮能够降低心肌缺血程度(Σ-ST),减少心肌缺血范围(N-ST),缩小心肌梗死面积(MST),同时能够降低血清中AST、CPK和LDH等心肌酶的升高程度。 结论 益心酮具有抗心肌缺血作用。Abstract: Objective To study the anti-myocardial ischemia effect of Yixintong. Methods The rat myocardial ischemia model was caused by isoprenaline and the experiment myocardial infraction dogs were used to observe the effect of Yixintong. Blood stasis model was used to observe the effect of Yixintong on blood viscosity and platelet aggregation. Results Yixintong (0.4 g/kg, 0.2 g/kg)could decrease ST length and rise serum enzyme(such as AST,CPK and LDH). Yixintong (0.4 g/kg,0.2 g/kg) could also lower the blood viscosity. Yixintong could improve hemorrheologic abnormality and lower the whole blood viscosity. Yixintong could inhibit platelet aggregation of rat. Yixintong could ameliorate the myocardial ischemia degree(Σ-ST) and decrease the myocardial ischemia coverage(N-ST). Yixintong could also decrease the rised serum enzyme(such as AST,CPK and LDH). Conclusions Yixintong had a protective and therapeutic action to the experimental myocardial ischemia.
