一阶导数紫外分光光度法测定气喘合剂中氨茶碱的含量

摘要: 目的 探讨气喘合剂中氨茶碱的含量测定方法。方法 采用一阶导数紫外分光光度法,测定波长为282nm和286nm。结果 氨茶碱浓度在8~18μg/ml范围内线性良好(r=0.9999),平均回收率为99.72%(n=5),RSD为0.42%。结论 本法取量少,无需化学试剂,所用仪器普通,操作简便、快速,能消除其他组分干扰。适用于医院制剂分析。Abstract: OBTECTIVE To determine aminophylline in Asthma Mixture,a first-order derivative spectrophotometry methad was established. METHODS The absorbance was measured at 282nm and 286nm. RESULTS The Linear range was 818g/ml(r=0.9999).The average recovery for the assay was 99.72% with relative standard deviation of 0.42%(n=5). CONCLUSION This method is simple,convenient,rapid and free of interference.The instrument used is comrnon and chemical reagents are needless.It is suitable for analysis in hospital.
