Determination of aminophylline dexamethasone sodium phosphate, diazepam in gaoyuankang capsules by HPLC

Abstract: To establish a method for determination of three constituents in Gaoyuankang capasules.METHODS A hypersil ODS column with a mobile phase composed of methol-phosphate buffer sulotion(55:45) was used.The detection wavelength was 240nm.RESULTS The linear response range was as follows aminophylline 60～140μ_g·ml^-1(r=0.9995),dexamethasone sodium phosphate 4.8～11.2μ_g·ml^-1(r=0.9993),diazepam 16.8～39.2μ_g·ml^-1(r=0.9998),The recoveries of aminophylline,dexamethasone sodium phosphate,diazepam were 99.3%,99.4%,100.5%.CONCLUSIONS The method is simple,rapid and accurate.
