Determination of aminophylline in asthma mixture by first-order derivative spectrophotometry

  • OBTECTIVE To determine aminophylline in Asthma Mixture,a first-order derivative spectrophotometry methad was established. METHODS The absorbance was measured at 282nm and 286nm. RESULTS The Linear range was 818g/ml(r=0.9999).The average recovery for the assay was 99.72% with relative standard deviation of 0.42%(n=5). CONCLUSION This method is simple,convenient,rapid and free of interference.The instrument used is comrnon and chemical reagents are needless.It is suitable for analysis in hospital.
